Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on afk77. By accessing and using the afk77 platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out in this document.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open and use an afk77 account. afk77 reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify eligibility. Accounts opened by ineligible persons will be suspended and any balance forfeited.
All afk77 accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are all processed in IDR. afk77 does not accept or disburse funds in any foreign currency. Members are responsible for any bank or e-wallet fees charged by their own financial institution.
All promotional bonuses credited to an afk77 account carry wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal is processed. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap for each bonus are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. Failure to meet requirements results in bonus forfeiture.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one afk77 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using a different email address, mobile number, payment method, or identity document — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. All associated accounts will be permanently closed and any pending withdrawals cancelled.
afk77's liability to any member in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. afk77 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
afk77 is committed to responsible gaming. Members may set deposit limits, activate cooling-off periods, or apply for self-exclusion at any time via the Account Settings dashboard. In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on afk77. This age threshold is set in accordance with afk77's responsible gaming policy and applies without exception. afk77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle.
2.2 Residency. The afk77 platform is designed for and marketed to residents of Indonesia. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are a resident of Indonesia and that your use of the platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you personally.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who are subject to a court order restricting their contractual capacity, or who are acting as nominees for a third party, are not eligible to hold an afk77 Account.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold exactly one afk77 Account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
Age Verification Notice: afk77 operates a strict 21+ policy. If at any time afk77 reasonably suspects that a Member is under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately and all Wagers placed during the period of suspected underage use will be voided. Any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method after verification.
3.1 Registration Process. To open an Account, you must complete the afk77 registration form, providing your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, valid email address, and your preferred IDR payment method. All information provided must be accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. afk77 recommends using a unique password that is not shared with any other online service. You must notify afk77 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account credentials have been compromised.
3.3 KYC Verification. afk77 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to complete a KYC verification process. This process may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued Indonesian identity document (KTP or passport), a utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and any additional documentation reasonably required to verify the source of deposited funds. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
3.4 Account Security. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you. afk77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
3.5 Accurate Information. You must promptly update your Account profile if any of your registered details change. afk77 reserves the right to suspend Accounts where the registered information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. afk77 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata) and e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). afk77 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000 via e-wallet and Rp 50.000 via bank transfer. These thresholds may be updated from time to time; current minimums are always displayed on the Cashier page within your Account.
4.3 Deposit Processing Time. E-wallet deposits are credited to your Wallet Balance within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 5 to 15 minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Deposits received outside these hours may take longer to process due to interbank settlement schedules.
4.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits funded by credit extended by a third party, by proceeds of criminal activity, or by funds originating from a payment method not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent Account suspension.
4.5 Deposit Fees. afk77 does not charge a fee for processing deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which afk77 accepts no responsibility.
Important: afk77 accepts deposits only from payment accounts registered in the Member's own name. Deposits originating from a third-party account will be returned and the associated Wagers voided pending investigation.
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for your most recent deposit. afk77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will be rejected and you will be notified via email.
5.3 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests submitted between 08:00 and 22:00 WIB are processed within 15 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and within 60 minutes for bank transfer withdrawals, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active bonus wagering requirements outstanding on the Account.
5.4 KYC Requirement. afk77 reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal until the Member has satisfactorily completed KYC verification as described in Clause 3.3. This requirement applies regardless of the withdrawal amount.
5.5 Withdrawal Fees. afk77 does not charge a processing fee on withdrawals. Fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside afk77's control and are the Member's sole responsibility.
5.6 Wagering Requirements. If a Bonus has been credited to your Account and the applicable wagering requirement has not been met, afk77 may deduct the outstanding bonus amount from your Wallet Balance before processing a withdrawal. Full details of each Bonus's wagering requirement are set out in the applicable promotion terms.
6.1 General. afk77 offers promotional bonuses to Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). The availability, value, and terms of each promotion are published on the Promotions page and are subject to change without prior notice.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total IDR value of Wagers that must be placed before any winnings derived from that Bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier for each Bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Contributions from different game types towards wagering requirements vary — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
6.3 One Bonus at a Time. Only one Bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Opting into a new Bonus while an existing Bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of the existing Bonus and its associated wagering progress.
6.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of any single Bonus is capped at 10× the Bonus value in IDR.
6.5 Misuse of Bonuses. afk77 reserves the right to void any Bonus and cancel associated winnings if it reasonably determines that the Bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, in connection with a duplicate Account, or as part of a coordinated abuse strategy. Patterns of wagering that suggest Bonus exploitation rather than genuine recreational play — including but not limited to low-variance staking on high-RTP outcomes solely to clear wagering requirements — may be investigated and may result in Account restrictions.
Bonus Transparency: afk77 publishes full wagering multipliers, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal caps for every active promotion. If any promotion term is unclear, please contact [email protected] before opting in.
7.1 Acceptance of Wagers. All Wagers are subject to acceptance by afk77. afk77 reserves the right to decline or limit any Wager at its sole discretion without providing a reason. A Wager is accepted only when a confirmation reference is displayed to the Member at the time of placement.
7.2 Errors in Odds or Prices. In the event that a Wager is accepted at an incorrectly displayed odds price due to a technical error or human error, afk77 reserves the right to void that Wager and return the staked amount to the Member's Wallet Balance. afk77 will notify the affected Member by email within 24 hours of identifying such an error.
7.3 Sportsbook — Void Events. If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, or otherwise fails to produce a result within the settlement window specified for that market, all Wagers on that event will be voided and stakes returned. In-play Wagers accepted after the point of abandonment will also be voided.
7.4 Casino and Slot Games. All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Game results are final once displayed on screen. afk77 does not accept disputes regarding game outcomes that have been correctly processed and recorded in the game server logs.
7.5 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results published on afk77 are sourced from the official draw operators of the respective pool (Singapore, Hong Kong, or Sydney). afk77 does not control draw outcomes and is not responsible for discrepancies between the draw result and any third-party publication of that result.
7.6 Maximum Payout. afk77 applies a maximum single-event payout cap of Rp 500.000.000 per Member per calendar day across all product verticals. Winnings exceeding this cap in aggregate within a 24-hour period will be settled up to the cap, with the excess forfeited.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the afk77 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:
Zero Tolerance: afk77 employs real-time fraud detection and transaction monitoring systems. Accounts flagged for prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, afk77 is obligated to report the matter to the relevant international financial intelligence authorities.
9.1 Ownership. All content on the afk77 platform — including but not limited to the afk77 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, software, and compilations thereof — is the exclusive property of afk77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Licence to Members. afk77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, recreational betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the afk77 platform. You may not frame or mirror any afk77 page on any other website without afk77's prior written consent.
10.1 Data Collection. afk77 collects and processes personal data provided during registration and KYC, as well as transactional data, session logs, and device information generated during your use of the platform. This data is used to operate your Account, process payments, comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, and improve the platform.
10.2 Privacy Policy. The collection, storage, use, and sharing of your personal data is governed by the afk77 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
10.3 Data Security. afk77 implements 256-bit SSL (TLS 1.3) encryption on all data in transit and applies industry-standard security controls to data at rest. While afk77 takes all reasonable precautions to protect your personal data, no internet transmission is completely secure and afk77 cannot guarantee absolute security.
11.1 Commitment. afk77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. afk77 does not encourage Members to wager beyond their financial means and actively promotes responsible play habits.

12.1 Platform Availability. afk77 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency system updates, third-party infrastructure failures, and Force Majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. afk77 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned outages.
12.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, afk77's total liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to afk77 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Excluded Losses. afk77 shall not be liable, under any legal theory, for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to: loss of wagering winnings, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, or reputational harm, even if afk77 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
12.4 Third-Party Providers. Certain games and services on the afk77 platform are provided by third-party game studios and technology providers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). afk77 is not liable for errors, malfunctions, or unfavourable outcomes attributable to third-party game software.
12.5 Force Majeure. afk77 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure is caused by a Force Majeure event. afk77 will resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable after the cessation of the Force Majeure event.
13.1 Suspension by afk77. afk77 reserves the right to suspend any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the Account is being used fraudulently or in connection with prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8; (c) the Account is the subject of a legal or regulatory inquiry; or (d) the Member has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
13.2 Closure by Member. You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Any Wallet Balance remaining at the time of closure (net of outstanding bonus amounts) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC verification is complete.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account, whether initiated by you or by afk77, your licence to use the platform is immediately revoked. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 8 (Prohibited Conduct), 9 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Limitations of Liability), and 15 (Governing Law) — shall continue in full force and effect.
14.1 Right to Amend. afk77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email to the registered address and via a notice displayed on the platform's homepage for a period of not less than 7 days before the changes take effect.
14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the afk77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account in accordance with Clause 13.2 before the effective date of the changes.
14.3 Version History. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates the version currently in force. Prior versions are archived and are available on request by contacting [email protected].
15.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which afk77 holds its international gaming licence, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and afk77 regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms & Conditions, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting the afk77 customer support team at [email protected]. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
15.3 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the controlling language for all interpretive purposes. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version of these terms and any translation or summary thereof, the English version shall prevail.
